ELIGIBILITY FOR BASIC MEMBERSHIP
- The membership of the ARCHS is open to any person who has attained the age of maturity (above 18 years) and is member of managing society involved in running and managing Govt. recognized and affiliated colleges/Institutions.
- The person who believes in the aim and objectives of the ASSOCIATION OF RECOGNIZED COLLEGES OF HEALTH SCIENCES (ARCHS) (J&K) and pledges to abide by its constitution.
- The person who subscribes the laid down membership fees alongwith membership form.
- Any qualified person associated with the colleges and is useful for society
MEMBERSHIP FEE
- Any eligible candidate who wishes to join the association shall have to pay a sum of Rs. 5000 /- as a joining fee and also pay an annual subscription fee as decided by the association from time to time.
- No fee shall be chargeable from Honorary members. However their voluntary contribution shall be welcome Besides, association will have right to accept contributions from all quarters it seems fit and proper in cash or in kind to be used solely for the achievements of its aim and objectives.
- The person thus enrolled as member of the association shall be subject to the approval of the President.
- No defaulter in the payment of basic membership shall be eligible to contest or cast vote in the elections to the post of office bearers of the association. No members shall be eligible to contest election for any post of the association unless he/she is registered member of the association for the last one year. The basic constitution units will be raised with the approval from central executive committee. Each unit will have a committee of not less than 05 (five) members
